Where are our H1N1 Vaccinations?

23 12 2009

Politico reports Obamas get H1N1 shots today.  Not long ago, I squawked this administration’s intention to vaccinate Guantamano detainees before our own citizens.  I also might add that I have criticized the brutal acts that the SJPD and Santa Clara County legal system have committed against detained US citizens.

Treating detained enemy combatants, terrorists, better than our government treats our OWN is a REPULSIVE and INDEFENSIBLE act against “We the People!

Now, back to leadership.  For those of you familiar with dining with the US Army, you’ll recall that the officers always ate LAST.  A unit commander assures that the troops are first provided Beans, Bullets and Pay.  The welfare of the troops is a primary responsibility.

Obama still doesn’t get it.  I am pleased that this person, who is not a member of any risk category, gets a vaccination that is rationed and still unavailable to the majority of us.  Obama is no leader and has failed to demonstrate any comprehension of the principles of leadership.

Well Mr. Prez, I’m glad that you and your family are safe and protected.  I am thrilled that our enemies, especially KSM, is safe and protected.  I sleep better at night knowing that our government employees are safe and protected while “We the People” are chastised for the way we cough; directed (like sheep-le) to WASH OUR HANDS; and, wait for mid-December inoculations.  Excuse me, but as of this posting I am still unable to get a H1N1 vaccination.  Since you’re an international kind of “leisure-suit-larry“, I’ll give you an example of proper “Presidential Behavior” from the Global Village.

Recalling the “Crowley-Gates” affair, I believe you approve of “teachable moments“, right?  You’ve already blown this one; but in case you’re still in office next flu season, here’s an improvement opportunity.  You have a role model to emulate.  Oscar Arias, Costa Rica, actually contracted the H1N1 flu and demonstrated real leadership by accepting (only) the same treatment that the rest of his country received.  Guess what, fool?  Despite the fact he was 69 years old at the time, he recovered fully and quickly.

Maybe news like this is why your dis-approval rating is at 56% today. Rasmussen reports that only 26% of the population even likes you anymore.   Tick, tick, tick…I’m convinced that the 2010 elections will rock your world!

SJPD bearish on “resisting arrest” incidents

22 12 2009

Sharon Noguchi reports in the SJ Mercury News that San Jose police test head mounred cameras for officers.  Since I am a victim and long-standing critic of the SJPD and the Santa Clara County DA’s office, I’ll use Sharon’s own words:

San Jose police, under fire for interactions with the public that have turned violent, on Friday launched a pilot project equipping officers with head-mounted cameras to record contacts with civilians.

Sharon’s description is extremely polite.  Essentially, since the SJPD officers can not be trusted to Serve, Protect & Defend the public, they are testing a head-mounted camera that they will be required to wear and supposedly use.  This should deter their incidents of “resisting arrest.” (yeah right, when pigs fly)

SJ Mercury News photo

The fact that the City is exploring means to correct “the problem” is also an acknowledgment that “the problem” exists.  I feel that my mission to expose and validate these transgressions is complete.  I explain my acceptance of this closure in “Bio-tweaking.”  I only hope that this remedy works and that the DA’s office, likewise, will rise to champion the “People’s interests.

Remember: Use your cell-phone cameras; Flaunt your rights; Never answer questions; Always demand an attorney; and, Question authority!  No cop is your “friend.

Christmas, Racisim, Socialism & Revolution

9 12 2009

Christmas is only two weeks away and (as of this posting)  I am fortunate to be able to celebrate it in the manner I choose.  Reflecting back on events since Obama took office, I noticed that this administration has taken extraordinary actions to eliminate Christian expressions of faith while serving as apologists for acts of Islamic extremism.  The arguments regarding separation of Church and State seem to be applied only to Christian expressions.  Has anyone heard of a case of state suppression of religious expression that did not target Christianity?  The Christmas season makes this point more poignant.

I also have noticed the same assault against all ethnicities, except African-Americans.  Somehow, we have permitted an “elite-race” to be defined.  There are separate and distinct rules and privileges for Americans solely depended upon ethnicity.   Consider the Congressional Black Caucus.  What is the purpose of this “special representation.”  Do Black Congress-people also represent White or Hispanic constituents?  Are we expected to have a caucus for each and every ethnic group which is represented in Congress?  If not why not?  I recall the racist actions of Obama in the Crowley-Gates affair and the divisiveness of his Philadelphia speech.  I recall the non-actions of the Attorney General Eric Holder, choosing not to prosecute the New Black Panthers as they intimidated voters at polls in Philadelphia.

I have witnessed our democracy disintegrating as Obama circles the globe, bowing to foreign kings and emperors as he negotiates away our sovereignty.  Our government printing presses are busy 7X24 creating greenbacks supported by no more value than an empty treasury promise to pay.  Our Congress ignores the will of the people regarding cap & trade and health care.  An unbridled executive has been established with unconfirmed “czars” who are hell-bent on destroying our way of American life.

All of these trends are leading us to unavoidable confrontation.  As we continue to witness special treatment of celebrities like Tiger Woods, recognizing that any of us who would have been caught in a similar situation would be arrested and arraigned, our faith in our criminal justice system also disintegrates.  Soon, the events leading this nation toward a one-world government will explode as it did in the late 18th and mid 19th centuries.  There will be nothing left to lose.  There will be increasing acts of civil disobedience.  There will be organized resistance.  There will be revolution.

[Note:  I highly recommend a visit to Secession University.]

Any doubt Eric Holder is not a Racist?

4 12 2009
The AP reports today:
.
.
Malik Shabazz, head of the black “let’s-play-soldier” panthers ( I think they wear berets too), has come to the aid of Eric Holder.  One of the pillars of our democracy is the “fair election” process.  It is hard for me to think of any Attorney General who would not prosecute a documented case of “aggravated voter intimidation” at a polling place.  Well, our attorney general has demonstrated his allegiance to the black power movement by refusing to prosecute the black panther member who stood outside a Philadelphia polling place with a nightstick during last year’s presidential election.  And thank you for nothing, Shabazz, you belong to a racist organization and your words and arguments don’t amount to “jack” to me, I’m not black.
.
Your club-toting “new black kitty-cats” may frighten little old white folks from voting, but I’m not personally intimidated by you or your psycho, para-military quacks. You see I have a black beret too; one difference between us, I earned mine.
.
Hey Eric, which case is more important to America?  Prosecuting KSM in NYC or protecting the integrity of the democratic process?

B Hussein Obama lectures at Woo Poo

1 12 2009

As a former West Point Cadet  (D-2, ‘76), I was personally embarrassed for the Corps.  B. Hussein projects an obvious disdain for anything military, except for the trusted paramilitary pollsters of the New Black Panther Party and SEIU.  I winced as I saw him wrap himself in the flag and deliver a disingenuous address.  Even with a teleprompter, his performance was poor.  If he thought his address would top MacArthur’s “Duty , Honor, Country” performance, his narcissism is becoming delusional.  I am still trying to figure out what it was that required three months of deliberations.

Two things are clear to me.

1) First, as the cameras panned the corps, it was obvious that the USMA genetic pool is weakening (mea culpa? Not!).  The cadets look like they are barely fit for video games, much less “battle-by-joy-stick.“  The long grey line is fading… obviously,  “giants no longer march the plain.“  [Note: If you're a Jock stay away from the academies.]

Cadets, USMA

1.a.) The academic curriculum at USMA needs to be adjusted from engineering centric to a legal and criminal justice core.  For example, instead of calculus, slide-rule or bridge-building, courses that one would assume all Woo Poo 2nd Lieutenants have taken, the focus should shift to courses like torts and exercises in giving “Miranda rights” to combatants.    [Note: Battle field cops and political officers are extremely incongruent concepts for me to accept.  There are winners and losers; the winners write history and the losers stand trial, or so it seems. ]

1.b.) …nope…  Davy Crockett was correct, shut it down! Shut Navy down and shut the Zoomies down also.  What is the value-add after you reduce the “FEBA” to a crime scene?  How many JAG officers can we procure for the price of turning out a Black Knight?  ROTC is a more cost efficient model.  Been there, done that, got the T-shirts.

and

2) B. Hussein Obama is a bad thespian.

I can’t wait to see the class of 2013.  They should be appointed by this President and Congress and entering the academies next summer…  God help us!

The Honduran People Pick Sr. Porfirio Lobo!

30 11 2009

The people of Honduras have spoken. With an estimated 55% of the popular vote, the Honduran people have chosen Sr. Lobo as their legally elected president.  The puppet, Zelaya, camped out in the Brazilian embassy since September dropped out of the race and did not participate.  Naturally the chorus of socialist Latin regimes, aka: Castro-Chavez-Lula-Kirchner quartet, rejected the legitimacy of the election and call on the United [socialist] Nations (UsN) to reject the legitimacy of the results.

I don’t know where they feel empowered to interfere in the sovereign affairs of Honduras.  It must be the waning influence of socialism throughout Latin America.  I still don’t understand why Zelaya or any of the Chavez quartet would think that Hondurans would want to elect a president who not only attempts to subvert the Honduran constitution, but also hangs out in the Brazilian embassy for “protection.”  This does not sound like a leader who is loved and respected by the “Honduran People.”  In fact, it doesn’t sound like a leader who even cares about Honduras or Hondurans.  He sounds like he subscribes to foreign interests.  I think even El Libertador, Simon Bolivar, would have a problem with this skunk, Zelaya.

President Porfirio Lobo

Zelaya LOST the trust of his people when he chose to deepen his alliance with Hugo Chavez.  His alliance with Hugo compromised the democracy and the people of Honduras.  The people rejected Zelaya and acted to protect their sovereignty and right to self-determination.

I believe the Honduran elections were fair, as does the governments of the US, Costa Rica, Panama and Peru.  Zelaya knew he would lose and dropped out to “save face.”  The regional socialist regimes should take a note.  Socialism has failed the people.

Socialism is a failed political experiment.

Peru, the elephant or the nuthouse?

25 11 2009

If a country could use a good “shrink,”  Peru may top the list.

If you have ever traveled through South America, chances are that your flight connections may have taken you through the state-of-the-art Lima airport.  If you were lucky, you may have been able to visit the  beautifully manicured Lima suburb of Miraflores, or the bustling port of Callao.   If you’re like me, what strikes you is how contemporary this country appears to be.

The Santiago Times reported today (Peru To Protest Chile Arms Purchases, Dressed In White) that thousands of (private citizens) will demonstrate against Chilean military expenditures in the streets of Lima and Tacna.

The last time I checked, the Wars of the Confederation and the Pacific occurred in the 19th century.  Briefly, Latin America followed the lead of the American Revolution in the north and took advantage of Napoleon’s disruption to Spanish harmonium in Europe.  Simón Bolívar (El Libertador and admirer of Thomas Jefferson) is credited with liberating Peru in 1824.  Around 1830′ish, Peru conspired with neighboring Bolivia to undermine the economies and sovereignty of both Chile and Argentina.   This led to Chile kicking Peru’s butt in the War of the Confederation.  Not long after that, 1879-’80’s, Chile once again handed Peru and Bolivia a decisive defeat in the War of the Pacific.  Having forgotten the lessons of the previous encounter of  the 1830’s and with the loses that Peru (and Bolivia) encountered in the latter conflict, I can understand the benefits of acquiring the memory of an elephant.

Ok, so much for lessons learned.  Chile is a sovereign nation and fully capable of defending their right to self-determination.  Get over it, Peru.  What makes me think that Peru needs a shrink is that their President, Alan Garcia, is exhibiting symptoms of paranoia-schizophrenia over Chilean military expenditures.  Does Garcia really believe that Chile intends to invade Peru? The fact that (Peruvian) civil demonstrations over Chilean arms purchases are scheduled in Lima and Tacna warrants concern.  Remember, the Battle of Tacna (also known as the Battle of the Halt of the Alliance) consolidated the Chilean domain over the Tarapacá Province.  Choosing the border town of Tacna for the demonstrations should (justifiably) be considered provocative to Chile.  Either Peru is still fighting 19th century conflicts or acting as pawns to the more liberal socialist forces of the region.

Either explanation of these planned provocations is congruent with Chilean-Peruvian history.  Peru has not seemed to have evolved beyond their 16th century role as one of  the four Spanish Vice-royalties.

Viva Chile!

Col. Francisco Bolognesi is Nobody’s Hero!

23 11 2009

A great deal of passion still remains regarding the War of the Pacific.  The residual emotions are evident in the political spin (non-historical accountings)  that I have exposed in the literature and on Wikipedia.  In a previous posting, I questioned the historical accuracy of the legend of Col. Alfonso Ugarte.

Col. Alfonso Ugarte, a-hero-who-what?

As correspondence on this issue increased, I became more skeptical of more oral traditions than just a specific dis-belief in Ugarte’s suicidal jump at El Morro.  I have a significant problem with the actions and decision making of the Peruvian commander, Col. Francisco Bolognesi.  I believe that Col. Bolognesi is not only responsible for the slaughter of about 1,000 brave Peruvian soldiers, he is also responsible for the carnage of the aftermath.

The War of the Pacific was essentially over after the capture of the Peruvian ironclad, Huáscar, at Angamos.  This ended Peru’s ability to defend against Chilean blockades.

The ironclad Huascar

After the Battle of Tacna, also known as the Battle of the Halt of the Alliance, the Bolivians realized the futility of the campaign and the Peruvian-Bolivian alliance was terminated.    Following these events, Col. Bolognesi commanded a garrison of about 1,900 soldiers at Arica that were surrounded and had no hope of reinforcements.  Chilean forces controlled the area North, East and South of the city.

Bolognesi's refusal to surrender

On June 5th, 1880, Chilean Sergeant Major Jose de la Cruz Salvo requested Bolognesi’s surrender.  Bolognesi, aware of the military situation, claims something to the effect: “I have a sacred duty to fulfill and I shall fulfill it until I fire the last round.” His own personal pride stood in the way of saving the town and all 1,900 brave Peruvian soldiers who had fought with honor.

On June 7th, the carnage began.  Bolognesi approved the mining (TNT) of the town and the use of these mines infuriated the Chilean soldiers.  The mines were detonated and killed both Chileans and Peruvians alike.  The battle of El Morro lasted less than an hour and Bolognesi fell early.

Bolognesi's last moments

Considering the military situation, Bolognesi’s refusal to surrender was reprehensible.   As commander, he is personally responsible for the decision to employ land mines throughout the town.  These mines were not placed tactically  just to defend the avenues of approach, they also compromised non-combatants.  He knowingly sacrificed civilians like “cannon fodder.”  The deaths of Peruvian civilians due to the land mines (TNT) would now be  considered a war crime.  I believe that Bolognesi’s behavior was worse than criminal; it was a self-aggrandizing act.  In my opinion, blood flowed unnecessarily in Arica. Bolognesi is nobody’s hero.

Pray for B. Hussein Obama, Allahu Akbar!

21 11 2009

Let us follow the lead of the “Chief of Diversity“!  Instead of reading from the Koran, let us demonstrate our commitment to affirmative action and pick up the Bible.  To further show that “we are the world” and not just Christian, I say we overlook the New Testament and choose a reading from another Semetic book, the Old Testament.

Let’s join hands and instead of singing Kumbaya, reflect on Psalm 109:8.  Instead of praying for world peace, let us remember the poor souls who were massacred at Ft. Hood.  Let us remember how B. Hussein responded to this travesty and petition the Lord, Yahweh and Allah.

The psalm reads: “Let his days be few; and let another take his office.”

Personally, I like the verse which follows:

“Let his children be fatherless and his wife a widow.”

Allahu Akbar!

[Note:  If this sounds cold and hardened, I'd like you to consider what penalties Sharia Law provides for "infidels" who proselytize amongst Muslims or dare to even bring a Bible into an "Islamic Nation".  Look at the statistics in the US of how many "honor killings" of second generation Muslim girls have occurred at the hands of their radical Muslim fathers.]

Mexican Tourism? precaución!

19 11 2009

I have been mostly silent on Mexican-American affairs.  I was raised in San Diego and spent a great deal of time on Mexican beaches. I have lived in the Southwest so my exposure to Mexico extends beyond Baja California Norte.  I want to be up front with this because having also lived in Ensenada, I know that their laws can be a little one-off.

I think I may have experienced my “Crowley/Gates” teaching moment. Rocky Point, Mexico is a popular tourist spot just 60 miles south of the border.  Looking forward to a weekend getaway (yeah right, retirement is rough huh?), I navigated to the Rocky Point Tourist Information site at Rockypointinsider.com.  I was shocked to read the warning posted at the bottom of their page.  It reads:

“Warning to Tourists: You should avoid demonstrations and other activities that might be deemed political by the Mexican authorities. Political activities by foreigners are prohibited by the Mexican constitution, and such actions may result in detention and/or deportation.”

I thought to myself, how hypocritical.  I was an active supporter of Cesar Chavez and the farm workers.  On the otherhand, I also see many Mexican (the operative concept here is Mexican, not Mexican-American) political initiatives pursued by Mexicans (again, not Mexican-Americans) here in the good ole Estados Unidos without support from anyone except Mexican nationals.

Our country is at a crossroads and the integrity of our elections are crucial to achieving a national consensus.  The issues that we face are significant and the assaults against our processes, such as by ACORN and the SEIU, have compromised our ability to come together.  If we do come together, it will not be attributed to foreign pressure on us internally.

I say we need to level the playing field with fair rules.  If I can be detained, arrested and deported in Mexico for expressing my political opinion, then “mismo-mismo” is fair. I should not have to tolerate their lip, if they can’t handle mine.  Otherwise, Sr. Calderon, how about elevating Mexico out of the colonial period and delete some archaic laws?
